How this stage works

Three checks before the cover is live.

The sequence

1 · Quote code
Retrieves the policy you priced in stage two, and the premium it costs.
2 · Payment code
Your team's account. The premium is charged against its balance — you cannot activate cover you cannot pay for.
3 · Confirmation
You check the details on screen, then the certificate is generated and emailed.

If a code is rejected

Not found — check for typing errors; codes are case sensitive.
No funds left — a payment code carries a balance, not a single use. It is charged the premium and the remainder stays on the code, so a code can settle more than one policy until the balance runs out.
Insufficient funds — the balance is smaller than the premium. The code is not charged at all; nothing is part-paid.
System unavailable — the backend did not answer. Wait a moment and send the code again.

The certificate is your proof of cover. Keep the PDF: the claims stage asks for it.
